Olusesan has been working in the NGO sector for over three decades, on planning programs on community and rural development, youth empowerment and development and conducting training for youth workers. Over the years, Centre for Rural Development and Community Transformation (CERUDECT) in collaboration with development partners have been implementing massive development strategies designed to improve the standards of living of the deprived and marginalized citizens in the rural communities.
He has attended various courses and trainings on Capacity Building Program with field exposure in “Community Driven Development” CDD for International Participants, Empowerment for Peace through Leadership in Agribusiness & Sustainability (EmPeace LAB India), MDF Project Cycle Management, Managing Multi Stakeholder Networks in Advocacy, Multi-stakeholders’ Processes and Project Management.
Olusesan who holds a bachelor degree in English as the Coordinator of the Netherlands Institutions Alumni Association of Nigeria (NIAAN) participated in the International Advisory Course (IAC) training for 6 weeks at the MDF Training and Consultancy, Ede, the Netherlands, May-June 2008; The MSM Executive Program in Management in February 2010; at the Holland Alumni Conference representing Nigeria in May 2011 and he also participated in the Management of Development Projects and Progrmmes training course in September 2018 at the MDF Training and Consultancy, Ede, the Netherlands. He is the President of the MDF Alumni Association of Nigeria and Country Chapter Coordinator of the MSM Alumni Association of Nigeria.
